Born and raised in Santa Monica, CA, Casey Corn is a classically-trained chef and food anthropologist based in Brooklyn, NY. In the course of her mission to connect people through food, Casey realized that mac and cheese was a fascinating way to explore food, culture, and identity, which led to the creation of March Macness (and many delicious mac and cheeses!).<\/p>
