Have You Traveled Route 66?

As we prepare our upcoming exhibition, Creating Route 66, we’d love to feature memories from the community. If you’ve traveled Route 66, especially its California and Santa Monica stretch, we’d love to see your photos or short video clips.

Please include: when the photo or video was taken, where it was captured, who is pictured (if you’d like them identified), and a brief memory or story about your trip.

Selected images and videos may be featured in the exhibition.

NOTICE: By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant the Santa Monica History Museum permission to display them as part of the exhibition. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, and the Museum will contact contributors whose materials are selected. Copyright remains with the owner of material.
