Mayfair Music Hall, 1977
Mayfair Music Hall, originally the Majestic Theatre, at 214 Santa Monica Boulevard. Built in 1913 as the Santa Monica Opera House, the original architect of the site was Architect Henry C. Hollwedel. Soon after it opened, the venue was renamed the Majestic Theater. It was severely damaged in the 1994 Northridge earthquake and boarded up.
