This is a cast iron egg scale. It features an egg holder on one end and a weight on opposite end and dates to the early 1900s.
Part of our Edgemar Farms & Imperial Ice Collection, this item was used to weigh eggs at Edgemar’s location on Main Street. Fresh eggs were then loaded onto dairy trucks for delivery.
